The sewage always undergoes a preliminary treatment phase prior to the main treatment process (horizontal or vertical filters). Preliminary treatment combinations consist of, for example, multi-chamber septic tanks, sedimentation ponds, preliminary rotting process and fine filters.
For certain requirements, such as during the removal of phosphate/nitrogen/seeds, special additional filters are deployed.
In EKO-PLANT Reed bed treatment systems, special filter materials and plants are used, which
are optimally adapted to suit the waste water in question and to ensure in the long-term highest quality cleaning outcomes.
